Product Specifications and Suitability

DIY Parts shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability or otherwise of any part/s required for the repair of an appliance. Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time, usually provided by the product's manufacturer.

Technical Items

Where a manufacturer offers a guarantee on a product, this may be conditional on repairs being performed by a qualified electrician. Please ensure that you have read your product's manual and warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair your appliance.
DIY Parts cannot be held responsible if the appliance is damaged or your warranty is voided.

Availability / Estimated Delivery Times

We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavor to supply all parts within the quoted time frame (usually 4-7 working days). If there is a delay or problem and we are not able to supply the product to you within the quoted time frame we will inform you of this and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available.

Items that are advertised as Special Order are items that we negotiate specially from the manufacturer. These items will usually be dispatched within 7-10 days but can take up to 28 days, or longer for obscure manufacturers/parts, to become available. We will keep you informed of your order progress and estimated delivery date for Special Order items.

Occasionally we find ourselves having to cancel and withdraw an item because it is obsolete, discontinued or otherwise unavailable. In these circumstances we will inform you immediately and offer you an alternative if one is available.

Payment

Payment over the Internet can be made by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit.

DIY Parts currently only delivers to Austrailian addresses.
